Equality

Me and my friend have the same appointment but he's a regular and i'm a NSF. But the things I been tasked is so much more.. I can't stand it that i'm so busy with work and yet he could still spend so much time doing other stuff like organizing his community stuff. It's so freaking unfair and I'm so damn pissed.. why am I tasked to do so many things. Cohesions, ADS, Training Programmes and now even GreenChip. Yet he only has to track SATR once in awhile and assist in paper. Im not even receiving half of his pay and yet I have to do so much more work. I'm seriously becoming sick of this shit. It piss me off to see him do his personal stuff during working hours. We are in the same battery and he don't even help me.. His superior also finds me for tasking instead of him.. It just damn demoralizing to keep going on like this.. Even though he is leaving for studies soon, that doesn't mean he shouldn't be doing anything. Instead all the more he should do more before he leaves. Really had enough of all this.. I'm not going to give a damn anymore on this.. It 's not my career either. Someone who is regular isn't doing much, then why should a NSF more. Just can't wait to ORD soon. it's just too much to see such things happening.
